What was going wrong
The school was relying on a third-party platform that didn’t fit the way it actually worked. Bookings, lesson hours, class reports and teacher pay all involved manual work. Even small changes meant more admin.
What we built
Students book their own classes around teacher availability. Lesson hours update automatically, and class links are created without anyone having to do it by hand. Teachers manage their schedules and class reports in the same system.
The admin team can see bookings, hours, invoicing and teacher pay in one place.
What changed
Most of the admin now happens on its own, so the team has more time to teach.
