A job system for a busy field-service team

Auto Tech Support is an auto-electrical team in Johannesburg, handling installation and repair work on site.
What was going wrong
Jobs were coming in through messages and phone calls. There were no proper job cards, and once a job was finished, the only record might be a message saying it was done.
On busy days, it was easy to lose track of a job.
What we built
Every job gets a proper job card, from the first call to sign-off.
Technicians can open a job on their phone, record a voice note and have the details filled in for them. Each job has its own tools and materials list, with photos and customer sign-off saved alongside it.
Finished jobs can also be exported as PDFs.
What changed
Every job is now recorded in one place, and the office can see what’s happening straight away.
Nobody chases technicians for updates or digs through old messages any more.
